Newsletter Analytics/Engagement

Engagement

If your Newsletter is shared to an Audience via email, you'll have the ability to view detailed Engagement.

To start, click on your Newsletter from Newsletter Overview, then click the Engagement tab and the the following sections are available:

Emails Delivered

The Emails Delivered section will show the following:

  • Email addresses attempted

  • Status of success or failure

  • Error (if Status = failure)

  • Timestamp

  • Audience(s)

Click on any one of the above-mentioned headers to sort by it in this space.

Email Opens

Displays the rate of Unopened vs Opened emails in a pie chart with a total number of each and a breakdown of percentage.

Page Visits

The Page Visits section will show the following:

  • Average time recipients spent viewing the URL version of your Newsletter

  • Web browser utilized by users to view your Newsletter

  • Platform utilized by users, whether mobile or desktop

  • Total number of clicks per link

Unsubscribed Accounts

This section details three things about unsubscribed accounts and one additional action step:

  • Email Address

  • When they unsubscribed

  • What Audience they unsubscribed from

You can resubscribe them to the Audience by clicking + Resubscribe


Email Analytics

This tab includes a table of Email Analytics that includes:

  • Email Contacted

  • Status (success or failed)

  • Error (if it failed)

  • Timestamp of time sent

  • Audience Used
