User's have the ability to unsubscribe from newsletter for individual Brands or all of an organization's Brands. This button is located at the bottom of the Newsletter email.
Unsubscribe from [Brand Name] will unsubscribe the user from receiving any newsletters sent through that brand.
Unsubscribe from all organizations will unsubscribe the user from all emails sent by that organization's Engage platform.
Unsubscribing from Brands or all newsletters will not prevent that user from receiving calls, texts, or other emails related to the organization or school.

Unsubscribed Accounts
Newsletter creators can view how many users have unsubscribed and which users have unsubscribed from a brand in the Newsletters section.
Click on the Newsletter Engagement tab to see the unsubscribed table that includes the users that have opted out of that brand.
Note: After users opt out of a brand's newsletter, they will appear on all future Newsletter's Engagement Analytics as unsubscribed for that brand.
As a Newsletter creator, you can Re-Subscribe a user in the Unsubscribed accounts table. Once you re-subscribe them, they will begin to receive Newsletters for that brand.
