Enabling your computer's microphone
In order to send recorded voice calls from Live Feed, a microphone must be setup on your computer and enabled in your web browser.
The first time you navigate to the Live Feed, your web browser will open a prompt asking you to enable your microphone.
Clicking Allow will let the Live Feed and Alerts voice call feature use your computer's microphone so you can record voice calls. If you click Block please see the below instructions for re-enabling your microphone.
Checking if your microphone is enabled
There are several places you can look in your browser to verify if your microphone is enabled.
Choose your browser below:
Google Chrome
When you select the Record / Upload Audio button, you will see a microphone icon on the right side of the address bar if your microphone is already enabled.
A red dot will also appear on the browser tab that is using your microphone.
Firefox
When you select the Record / Upload Audio button, you will see a microphone icon on the right side of the address bar if your microphone is already enabled.
Safari
When you select the Record / Upload Audio button, you will see a microphone icon on the right side of the address bar if your microphone is already enabled.
Edge
When the Record Audio/Upload Audio button is selected in the Live Feed section, look in the browser tab. If your microphone is enabled, a small red dot will appear next to the word Thrillshare.
Re-enabling Microphone Access
If you find that your microphone has been disabled at any time, you can re-enable access using the steps below for your corresponding browser.

Google Chrome
First click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of your screen, and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Then click on the Privacy and Security tab, and then select Site Settings from the list of options, then click Microphone.
On the next screen, you should see Thrillshare listed under the section titled "Not allowed to use your microphone." To remove it from that section, click the trash can icon next to the URL.
Firefox
Refresh your browser and click on Record/Upload Audio, you should be presented with the option to enable microphone access.
Safari
First, click Safari in the top menu bar. Then select Settings for this Website. A pop-up menu will appear in the middle of the page. From the dropdown menu next to Microphone, change the setting from Deny to Allow.
Edge
Click the three horizontal dots in the top right of your browser. Then select Settings. In the lefthand menu, click Site Permissions. Then click Microphone and delete the Thrillshare URL that is listed under the Block heading.
