If the CMS is showing a blank white page, continuously reloading, flashing, or spinning without loading, this is almost always caused by a stale browser session or cached data. Work through the steps below in order — most cases resolve at step 1 or 2.
Step 1: Log out and log back in
Fully log out of your account and log back in. This refreshes your session and resolves most blank screen and reload loop issues immediately.
Step 2: Clear your browser cache and cookies
If logging out didn't help, clear your browser's cached data. Follow the steps for your browser below.
Google Chrome
Open Chrome and go to Settings.
Click Privacy and security.
Click Clear browsing data.
Make sure Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data are both checked.
Click Clear data.
Close and reopen Chrome, then log back in to the CMS.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox and go to Options (or Settings on newer versions).
Click Privacy & Security.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
Make sure both options are checked, then click Clear.
Close and reopen Firefox, then log back in to the CMS.
Safari
Open Safari and click Safari in the menu bar.
Select Settings (or Preferences on older macOS versions).
Click the Privacy tab.
Click Manage Website Data.
Search for thrillshare.com or apptegy.thrillshare.com, select it, and click Remove.
Close and reopen Safari, then log back in to the CMS.
Step 3: Delete site-specific data for Apptegy/Thrillshare (Chrome)
If clearing the full cache didn't work, try removing only the Apptegy/Thrillshare site data. This is a more targeted fix that won't affect your other browsing.
Open Chrome and go to Settings.
Click Privacy and Security.
Select Third-party cookies.
Click See all site data and permissions.
Search for thrillshare.com or apptegy.thrillshare.com in the list.
Click the trash can icon next to thrillshare.com or apptegy.thrillshare.com to delete its data.
Close and reopen Chrome, then log back in to the CMS.
Step 4: Try incognito or private mode
Open a new incognito window in Chrome (Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows, Cmd+Shift+N on Mac) or a private window in Firefox (Ctrl+Shift+P) and try logging in to the CMS. If it loads correctly in incognito, a browser extension or cached session is likely the cause — clearing the cache in step 2 should have resolved it.
Step 5: Try a different browser
If the issue persists in your current browser, try accessing the CMS in a different one. This helps confirm whether the problem is browser-specific.
Still not loading? Contact support
If the CMS still shows a blank screen or reload loop after completing all steps above, the issue may be on the platform side or related to your network or ISP settings. Contact support and include:
Which browser and version you're using
Whether the issue happens in incognito mode
Whether other browsers are affected
A screenshot or screen recording of the behavior if possible
