Dining Menus

Add/Edit a Dining Menu Item

First select the date on which you would like to add your menu items. Then click on + Create menu in the top right.

From this point, you can type in your Breakfast and/or Lunch menus, and then click Update. After updating the menu for that day, the calendar will advance to the next day on the calendar to easily add new menu items in a sequence.

To view the information for a day you previously, select the date on the calendar.

Dining menus can be cloned to other locations using Dining Clones


Setting up a Dining Clone

Dining Cloning using the "Clone Menus" feature allows dining information entered in one or more locations to copy to other locations. To find Dining Clones, navigate to the Media settings menu and select the tab for Dining. Users with Super Admin user roles will be able to access Dining Settings.

Setting "Clone From"

In the "Clone From" drop-down menu, select the location that you would like to clone dining menu from.

This will be the dining section you will use going forward to enter your menus for cloning.

Setting "Clone To"

In the "To" drop-down menu, select the location that you want the cloned dining information to show up at. You can set up multiple clones at once by clicking the + Add button.

One location can be used to clone to multiple other locations at same time.

Saving and Final Details

Select save at the top right corner of the page to finish setting up your dining clone.

After creating the clone, any dining information created after setting up the "Clone From" location(s) will automatically be cloned to the destination "To" location selected.

Note: Content added to the Dining section prior to setting up a clone will not be cloned.


Editing or Deleting a Dining Clone

To Edit: Choose a different organization from the dropdown menu under either "Clone From" or "To."

To Delete: Choose a Dining Clone, you can hover over the right side of the Clone you would like to delete, and then click the X that appears.
