Guardian accounts are created and associated with students with data from your student information system. If a guardian does not seem to be associated with the right student, reach out to your school administrator or Apptegy support.
Guardians have the option to logging in via Web and the school app and they won't be able to comment on your announcements or assignments. Guardians will only be able to interact with you via Messages.
