In order to create an Audience from a Call List, you must have access to both Alerts and Engage.
Under Media, navigate to Alerts, then select Data Management. All the Call Lists available to you at your organization level will appear here.
Choosing a Call List for Engage
Click into the Call List that you'd like to share to your Audiences, then click the button on the right side of the screen labeled More Actions.
In the drop down menu select the Share List to Engage button, and a popup will appear asking if you want to allow your Engage brands to send communications to this list.
Connecting your Call List Audience to a Brand
When you navigate back to Audiences, you'll now see you call list in the Audiences space. However, it is not yet associated with a Brand, and is unable to be used for a Newsletter.
Click into the Audience. Then, select Edit in the right corner. You'll be able to select your Brands for the Audience. Be sure to select Save Changes in order to finalize your Audience.
