To add an event to Athletics from the staff mobile app Athletics section, select Athletics from the menu that appears when the app is opened.
Once Athletics is selected, a screen showing upcoming athletic events in a list will appear, click the orange + button in the bottom right corner of the screen and select
Create Sports Event
The following types of events will be available to choose from on the next screen:
Vs. (ex. Team A vs Team B)
Vs. (ex. Team A vs Team B)
Versus is a great option to use when you have a 1v1 sport, for example baseball, basketball, or soccer.
The following fields will be available to customize:
Home Team Name and Score
Away Team Name and Score
Start date and Start time
Address
Filter (this is the specific sport section that you want this athletic event to appear in)
Vs. with multiple outcomes
Vs. with multiple outcomes
Versus with multiple outcomes is a great option to use when you have a 1v1 sport that has multiple outcomes, for example tennis.
The following fields will be available to customize:
Home Team Name
Away Team Name
Score Line (optional)
Start date and time
Address (optional)
Filter (this is the specific sport section that you want this athletic event to appear in)
Event Name (ex. Academy Tournament)
Event Name (ex. Academy Tournament)
Event Name is a great option to use when you want to include multiple events titles and score lines in the same event, this can be helpful when putting together a tournament and displaying the scores of each title (name) afterwards.

Score Line (optional)
Start date and Start time
Address (optional)
Filter (this is the specific sport section that you want this athletic event to appear in)
Managing your Athletic
Managing your athletics schedules from staff app includes the ability to view athletic schedules you've created, edit existing athletic calendar events, and add scores live or after the event has ended.
Since athletics are separated into filters, select the drop down icon at the top right of the screen to make your selection.
Updating Event
Once you locate the necessary Sport, you’ll be able to update scores, edit event information, or delete events from the schedule entirely. To edit or delete each event, swipe to the left on the event in question, and select either the pencil to edit, or the trash can to delete
By selecting Edit in the above step, you’ll be able to quickly update the final score or make any team name, event date and time, or location adjustments.
Finishing Up Your Athletic Event
Once you’ve finished entering the event info, save your event by clicking Create this will return you return to the Athletics Calendar. If you would like you can add another athletic event by clicking the orange + button at the bottom right of the screen again.
There is an additional + ADD LINE button offered under the score so that multiple teams, individuals, etc can be added.
