Staff Directory

In Media, the Staff section is the place to store your staff contacts. Names, emails, phone numbers, departments, titles, links, and staff photos can be added here. This will display on the Staff page found in your Menu.


Creating a Staff Contact

In the Media section, choose Staff, and click on the Create new contact button in the top right. The page will switch to a screen where you can enter the fields to fill out information about a staff member, such as:

  • First Name

  • Last Name,

  • Title

  • Primary Department

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Link

Hovering over the default grey photo will allow you to add or customize a photo. Once you have added and adjusted the photo to your liking, you will then click on the purple checkmark to the right.

With all fields filled out and your staff photo in place, click on Create to add this staff member to your directory.

You can also rearrange your staff contacts as needed in your Staff section by hovering over the contact you want to move on the left side near the staff photo, then clicking and dragging it into position.



Importing Staff Contacts in Bulk​

We have included an empty spreadsheet with the appropriate columns to fill out and send back to us for uploading staff contacts in bulk. This can be done at each suborg when using the link included below.

Importing a staff directory is an additive process, to have your current staff directory at a building removed completely, please reach out to our support team.

Photo importing is an individual process and is not done in bulk, or in a sync.

Note: The amount of columns, name of columns, and order of the columns must stay the same for the import to succeed.


Editing or Deleting a Staff Contact

You can change a staff contact's information in the Staff section under Media by hovering over the contact you wish to edit. Click on the pencil icon that appears to the far right, the page will change to display editable fields for you to update. When you are finished, click Update to save your changes.

Deleting a staff contact can be done in this section as well. Instead of clicking the pencil icon upon hovering, you will select the trash can icon that pops up. A pop up will appear asking if you're sure you want to delete that contact. Click Delete to permanently remove that staff contact.
